| Summary, etc. | Dans les organisations publiques mais aussi privées, intégrer des choix et des directives liés à l’environnement permet de préserver l’intérêt général et celui des générations futures : c’est la dynamique de Responsabilité sociale des entreprises (RSE). Des initiatives individuelles et collectives sont prises ici et là afin de faire la preuve de cet engagement. Si leur finalité est la production de la richesse, les Très petites entreprises (TPE) n’ont pas les mêmes atouts que les grandes entreprises et doivent aussi s’organiser. Nous nous sommes intéressés à une initiative qui concerne des TPE d’une localité de l’Hérault proche de Montpellier. A la faveur de la crise du Covid19, celles-ci ont mis en œuvre des aspects du développement durable dont nous émettons l’hypothèse qu’ils les mènent vers une dynamique de RSE. |

| Summary, etc. | In public but also private organizations, integrating choices and directives related to the environment helps to preserve the general interest and that of future generations : this is the dynamic of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Individual and collective initiatives are being taken here and there to demonstrate this commitment. If their purpose is the production of wealth, Very Small Enterprises (VSEs) do not have the same strengths as large enterprises and must also organize themselves. We were interested in an initiative concerning VSEs in a town in Hérault near Montpellier. Thanks to the Covid19 crisis, they have implemented aspects of sustainable development which we hypothesize will lead them towards a CSR dynamic. |
