Summary, etc. | Cette contribution traite des enjeux des technologies informatiques (TI) dans le cadre de la restauration collective. L’étude est plus particulièrement appliquée à la société CGF, un des leaders de la restauration collective. Tout l’objet de cette recherche est de comprendre comment les TI, qui fournissent des outils permettant à une société de mieux appréhender son environnement, peuvent impacter de façon positive la stratégie des entreprises. Il s’agit ici d’une première étude exploratoire dont les résultats seront à approfondir. |
