| Summary, etc. | L’ensemble de cette étude prend sa source, dans un premier temps, des paramètres dérivés de notre champ instinctuel lié à notre appartenance au monde du vivant. Et c’est à partir de cette approche globale, que sera développé dans la première partie, la relation à l’autre dans le cadre de l’épouillage vocal, retraduit par la hiérarchisation dans la société civile. Dans la seconde partie, il sera analysé la relation à l’autre dans le paradigme numérique où la hiérarchie est pratiquement inexistante, mais où le phénomène de foule est activé dans le cadre des réseaux sociaux, mais aussi des internautes ayant polarisé un ensemble de leurs congénères autour de leur regard sur le monde. Les fausses nouvelles ou « fake news » font partie des conséquences liées à la structure grégaire prenant sa source de la polarisation sur un évènement, qu’il soit réel, transformé ou l’objet d’un fantasme. Après un rappel des principaux travaux dans ce champ, nous posons trois questions : quel est le rôle de la confiance dans le processus de décision ? Est-ce que la confiance numérique est différente de la confiance analogique ? Comment favoriser l’émergence de la confiance pour contribuer à un développement harmonieux de nos activités numériques ? |

| Summary, etc. | The whole of this study will take its source, initially, of the parameters derived from our instinctual field related to our belonging to the living world. And it is from this global approach, that it will be developed in the first part, the relation to the other within the framework of the vocal delousing, translated by the hierarchy in the civil society. In the second part, the relationship to the other will be analyzed in the digital paradigm where hierarchy is practically non-existent, but where the crowd phenomenon is activated within the framework of social networks, but also of Internet users having polarized a set of their fellow creatures around their view on the world. Fake news is one of the consequences linked to the gregarious structure that originates from polarization on an event, whether it is real, transformed or the object of a fantasy. After a reminder of the main works in this field, we ask three questions: what is the role of trust in the decision-making process? Is digital trust different from analog trust? How can we foster the emergence of trust to contribute to a harmonious development of our digital activities? |
