| Summary, etc. | Résumé Les violences dans l’enfance peuvent avoir un impact important sur la santé globale des mineurs y compris à l’âge adulte, avec un risque d’atteintes graves sur la santé physique, psychique, sociale, génésique et reproductive. Ces situations concerneraient 10 à 15 % des mineurs avec une sur-représentation en milieu hospitalier. Il y a donc un enjeu majeur à leur repérage et leur diagnostic dans une prise en charge intégrée et éthique. Les professionnels concernés doivent travailler en collaboration interdisciplinaire et interinstitutionnelle. La pédiatrie médico-légale permet de mieux diagnostiquer les maltraitances dans une approche collective et une dynamique de parcours en santé. L’hôpital a toujours été un lieu d’accueil et de protection des enfants et adolescents en danger. L’instruction N°DGOS/R4/R3/R2/2021/220 du 3 novembre 2021 relative à la structuration de parcours de soins pour les enfants victimes de violences, permet le déploiement des Unités d’accueil pédiatriques enfants en danger (UAPED) pour le repérage et la coordination du parcours médico-judiciaire des mineurs victimes (auditions et examens judiciaires), ainsi que la création d’équipes hospitalières régionales référentes enfance en danger. Il s’agit d’une réelle avancée pour la prise en charge des mineurs victimes. |

| Summary, etc. | Child abuse and neglect can have a serious impact on the physical, psychological, social, sexual and reproductive health of children and adolescents during their development and also in adulthood. The instruction N°DGOS/R4/R3/R2/2021/220 of November 3, 2021 relating to the structuring of healthcare pathways for child victims of violence, allows Child Advocacy Centers in chidren’s hospitals, for assessment consultations, forensic examination, and forensic interview recordings, and regional referral hospital team for child abuse and neglect. This is a real step forward for minors victims care. |
