However, the most important thing is that this trajectory probably has an influence on the future health of the child. Even if, to date, data issued from research do not allow us to give practical management advice, it is very likely that in the years to come we will be able to optimize the trajectory of implantation of the intestinal microbiota of our patients, to guarantee them the best chance of remaining healthy throughout their whole lives. |

| Summary, etc. | Avant d’atteindre sa composition de type adulte vers l’âge de 3 à 5 ans, le microbiote intestinal du nourrisson s’établit progressivement depuis la naissance selon une trajectoire influencée par des facteurs écologiques et des facteurs environnementaux. Mais le plus important est que cette trajectoire a probablement une influence sur la santé future de l’enfant. Même si, à ce jour, les données issues de la recherche ne nous permettent pas de donner des conseils de prise en charge pratique, il est fort probable que dans les années à venir nous pourrons optimiser la trajectoire d’implantation du microbiote intestinal de nos petits patients, afin de leur garantir les meilleures chances de rester en bonne santé toute au long de leur vie. |
