| 520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC. | |
| Summary, etc. | This article is a contribution to the analysis of the problem of the pervasiveness of transformation influences. The research field is that of groups, organizations and institutions. The object of the research, in relation to the management situations dealt with, concerns the invisibility of the hold on work that escapes knowledge. In these situations, it is the work that determines the production of malfunctions and hidden costs-performance. Observation of this phenomenon shows that transformation is governed by enantiological conjunctions, which put into perspective the hold of transferential transformations. These conjunctions are transformational objects. The research focuses on the results of socio-economic research-interventions carried out in an environment of inter-organizational cooperation. The research puts into perspective the transferential transformation apparatus required to convert hidden dysfunctions and cost-performance, involving the treatment of resistance. The research shows how psychoanalysis can contribute to the management of organizations and their extensions. |

| Summary, etc. |
