Summary, etc. | La littérature sur les outils de gestion connaît un développement conséquent mais relativement récent. Elle fut longtemps le théâtre de débats sur le fait de considérer l’outil de gestion comme un moyen de prescription des comportements ou comme un support de l’action. Face au besoin de définir conceptuellement une plateforme permettant de faire se rencontrer étudiants et professionnels, nous avons mené une recherche qualitative exploratoire pour identifier le rôle de l’outil. Cinq rôles sont identifiés. Nous identifions également le risque de confondre trois niveaux d’analyse : l’objet, le sujet et les usages. |

Summary, etc. | The literature on management tools has developed considerably but only recently. There have long been debates about whether management tools should be seen as a means of prescribing behavior or as supports for action. To define the roles of a digital platform that allows youth and professionals to meet, we conducted exploratory qualitative research. Five roles are identified. We also identify the risk of confusing three levels of analysis in our research: the object, the subject and the uses. |
