Summary, etc. Flexible management of human resources using temporary work has its limits, especially in emerging countries, because of the precariousness suffered by most temporary employees. This precarious image conveyed by the temporary work is paradoxical with the constraints of the adoption of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). The objective of this research work is to highlight the contribution of HR outsourcing, in wage portage, as an alternative to temporary work and a management method to resolve the CSR paradox and the use of temporary work. This article is based on a case study of a large Moroccan company with an international reach that chose to swap temporary work for HR outsourcing in the perspective of a win-win strategy for the benefit of the company and the employee.

Summary, etc. La gestion flexible des ressources humaines à travers le recours au travail temporaire présente des limites, notamment dans les pays émergents, à cause de la précarité subie par la majorité des collaborateurs intérimaires. Cette image précaire renvoyée par l’intérim est paradoxale avec les contraintes de l’adoption de la responsabilité sociale des entreprises (RSE). L’objectif de ce travail de recherche est de mettre en avant l’apport de la sous-traitance RH en portage salarial, comme étant une alternative au travail temporaire et un mode de gestion permettant de résoudre le paradoxe RSE et le recours au travail temporaire. Cet article s’appuie sur une étude de cas d’une grande entreprise marocaine à envergure internationale qui a choisi de troquer l’intérim pour la sous-traitance RH dans la perspective d’une stratégie gagnant-gagnant au profit de l’entreprise et du collaborateur.
