Summary, etc. | RésuméCet article étudie le lien entre la médiation comme mode alternatif de résolution des conflits du travail et le sentiment de justice procédurale au sein de l’entreprise. L’analyse est illustrée à travers l’exemple du groupe SFR Cegetel qui a mis en place depuis 2002 un accord collectif d’entreprise novateur, permettant aux salariés de recourir à un dispositif de médiation interne pour gérer les conflits quotidiens du travail. La méthodologie utilisée est à la fois quantitative et longitudinale. |
