Après une brève présentation de développements contemporains en théorie de la décision, cet article présente quelques biais caractérisant la prise de décision et d’analyse des décisions en négociation, en s’appuyant en particulier sur huit années d’expérience de formation en négociation de l’auteur. Les résultats invitent à des recherches plus approfondies à l’intersection de la théorie de la négociation et de la théorie de la décision. |

After a brief presentation of current research in decision theory, this paper presents some biases to decision in negotiation, grounded on eight years of training experience in negotiation of the author.
