| Summary, etc. | Les sociétés de journalistes sont des instances qui représentent l’ensemble des journalistes dans une entreprise de presse. Elles ne bénéficient pas d’une reconnaissance légale par les partenaires sociaux mais sont tout de même légitimes pour porter leurs intérêts. Elles renouvellent la démocratie industrielle en instituant de nouveaux thèmes (déontologie et ligne éditoriale) et modalités de délibération dans l’entreprise. Cette instance permet d’analyser la participation des salariés dans l’entreprise au-delà de celle des institutions représentatives du personnel, pour prendre en compte l’ensemble des acteurs qui adoptent la position de représentant des travailleurs et qui concourent à réguler leur activité. |
