| Summary, etc. | L’article montre qu’un enjeu clé des négociations climatiques est lié à l’impossibilité de traiter la question holistique et globale du climat d’un seul point de vue technique et gestionnaire centré sur la maximisation gagnant-gagnant d’intérêts privés/nationaux. Les critères éthiques proposés par différents philosophes et économistes afin de permettre une réduction effective des émissions de gaz à effet de serre sont analysés, ainsi que différentes formes de résistance individuelle et collective à leur mise en œuvre. Est alors proposé un discernement en vue d’individualiser nos responsabilités collectives et d’avancer dans des logiques coopératives. |

| Summary, etc. | The paper shows that a key challenge of climate negotiations is related to the holistic aspect of climate change. A technical and managerial approach linked to the win-win maximization of private/national interests is a deadlock. Ethical criteria defended by philosophers and economists are analyzed: they aim to effectively reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Their implementation is endangered by different individual and collective oppositions. Finally, a discernment process is promoted, in order to individualize our collective responsibilities and move forward toward cooperative logics. |
