Summary, etc. | Cet article étudie les rapports que les élèves inscrits dans l’enseignement secondaire agricole entretiennent avec les pratiques agricoles qui limitent l’usage des intrants chimiques, à partir d’un cas d’étude, le baccalauréat professionnel agroéquipement. Il s’agit de comprendre les variations sociales des points de vue des élèves vis-à-vis des pratiques récemment mises en œuvre dans leur établissement de formation, notamment celles issues de l’agriculture de conservation et l’agriculture biologique. Nous montrons que les techniques qui impliquent de réduire les labours et l’usage des intrants chimiques cristallisent une partie des oppositions entre élèves selon leur origine sociale. Les élèves issus de l’agriculture conventionnelle y sont plutôt défavorables. Toutefois, dans certaines configurations, les élèves d’origine agricole interrogés sont favorables à des pratiques qui limitent l’usage des intrants. |

Summary, etc. | This article examines the relationship that students enrolled in secondary agricultural education have with agricultural practices that limit the use of chemical inputs, based on a case study – agroequipment vocational baccalaureate. Our aim is to understand the social variations in students’ views of practices recently implemented in their training establishments, in particular those stemming from conservation agriculture and organic farming. We show that the techniques that involve reducing ploughing and the use of chemical inputs crystallize some of the opposition between pupils according to their social origin. Pupils from conventional farming backgrounds are rather unfavorable. However, in certain configurations, students from agricultural backgrounds are in favor of practices that limit the use of inputs. |
