Mais ce point de vue résiste mal à l’épreuve des faits. Sur le terrain, les éthiciens et autres formateurs aux « bonnes pratiques » doivent avant tout leur légitimité à une suspicion généralisée vis-àvis des capacités morales des soignantes peu qualifiées ; une suspicion qu’ils ont largement contribué à entretenir et renforcer ces quinze dernières années, précisément par leur candide combat contre la « maltraitance », un terme imposé par eux et qui vient légitimer leur part de marché dans la gestion des affects. |
