| Summary, etc. | L’auteur analyse l’agir politique du Comité d’Actions et de Soutien (CAS) aux migrants « sans papiers », entre 2008 et 2010 à Bruxelles. Le CAS démontre une capacité à « inventer » des pratiques de lutte lui permettant de déjouer les rapports de pouvoir entre les participants du collectif et ainsi vérifier le postulat d’égalité des intelligences dans son organisation interne, qualifiée ici de dissensuelle, au sens où l’entend Jacques Rancière. La tension amenée par ce dissensus constitutif apparaît comme une des conditions d’existence du CAS, ce qui permet son ouverture sur l’extérieur, le maintien d’une hétérogénéité interne et une pratique politique guidée par l’impératif d’expérimentation collective. |

| Summary, etc. | Democratic Invention in Minority PracticesThe Committee of Actions and Support (CAS) for illegal immigrants between 2008 and 2010 in Brussels has demonstrated an ability to “invent” collective practices. It managed to defeat the relations of power among the participants of the group in order to verify the assumption of “equality of intelligences” in its internal organization, described here as “dissensual” following Jacques Rancière. The tension produced by the “dissent” appears as one of the conditions of existence of the CAS, which allows openness to the outside, maintaining an internal heterogeneity and political practices guided by the imperative of collective experimentation. |
