Summary, etc. Pour les stagiaires en formation, entrer dans un travail d’analyse de pratiques professionnelles est doublement exigeant. D’une part, ce travail sollicite l’individu dans sa capacité à se dégager des réalités professionnelles complexes pour en faire l’analyse, il repose d’autre part sur une capacité à mobiliser ses réflexions dans un collectif où doit régner un climat de tolérance et de respect. Cette double exigence est souvent contournée en première instance pour laisser place à un discours plaintif plus ou moins envahissant. En exposant un cadre et un processus de travail propres au développement des compétences collectives de réflexion, cet article tente de montrer comment s’exprime et se dépasse l’obstacle de la plainte au cœur du déroulement de l’analyse de pratiques pendant la formation spécialisée.

Summary, etc. It is doubly demanding for trainees to embark upon analysis of professional practices during their training period. On the one hand, this work requires the individual to use his capacity to distance himself from complex professional realities to make an analysis, but on the other hand it is based on a capacity to mobilize the individual’s thoughts in a group in which an atmosphere of tolerance and respect prevails. This twofold requirement is often bypassed during the initial stage and is replaced by a more or less intrusive attitude of complaint. By presenting a framework and process of work specific to the development of collective thinking skills, this article seeks to show how the obstacle of complaints is expressed and overcome at the heart of the development of the analysis of practices during specialized training.
