Summary, etc. | L’option C concerne la formation des professeurs du 1er et du 2nd degrés désireux de se spécialiser dans l’accueil des élèves malades ou handicapés moteurs. Dans cette option, tout particulièrement, la confrontation de l’enseignant avec de multiples visages de la souffrance constitue une rencontre singulière. La présente contribution propose de caractériser le travail mené en analyse de pratiques lors de la formation continue à l’INS HEA, d’en identifier la spécificité éventuelle avec les stagiaires de cette option, d’en mesurer les apports et les limites pour leur professionnalisation. Elle interroge en particulier le cadre de référence choisi ; il suppose en effet que l’on travaille sur les représentations et non sur les affects. La réflexion se fonde sur l’expérience des trois auteurs de l’article, expérience d’enseignement et/ou de formation et sur l’analyse de témoignages recueillis par entretiens ou par questionnaires individuels auprès d’ex-stagiaires Capa-SH et 2CA-SH et des formateurs qui animent leurs séances d’analyse de pratiques. |

Summary, etc. | Option C focuses on the training of primary and secondary school teachers desiring to specialize in working with pupils with illnesses or motor disabilities. In this context in particular the confrontation of the teacher with many faces of suffering constitutes a singular encounter. The present contribution proposes to characterize the work conducted in analyzing practices during ongoing training at INS HEA, to identify the possible specificity of this work with the trainees in this option, and to measure the contributions as well as limits of this work in terms of the trainees’ professionalization. In particular, the present contribution challenges the frame of reference chosen. Indeed, this frame of reference assumes that we are working on representations and not emotions. The ideas in this contribution are based on the experience of its three authors, experience in teaching and/or training, and on the analysis of personal accounts gathered during interviews or through individual questionnaires given to former Capa-SH and 2CA-SH trainees and trainers who moderate sessions devoted to the analysis of practices. |
