Summary, etc. Cet article témoigne d’une expérience d’analyse de pratiques au sein d’un groupe de professionnels issus de cinq institutions différentes (Santé, Justice, Secteur social, Éducation nationale, Police-Gendarmerie). C’est la confrontation à ces adolescents dits difficiles, qu’ils rencontrent souvent successivement, qui rassemble ces professionnels. Le propos est centré sur les représentations des stagiaires et en particulier sur l’apport spécifique de la dimension pluri professionnelle du groupe. La diversité des profils professionnels et la pluralité des points de vue produisent deux types d’impacts. Un premier changement se manifeste au niveau de la personne par une réaffirmation de sa propre identité professionnelle et simultanément une (re)connaissance de l’autre praticien. Le second changement touche à l’évolution du travail en collectif avec, entre autres, une prise de conscience des complémentarités et un renforcement de l’idée de partenariat. Travailler dans l’altérité favorise distanciation et décentration et permet de mieux appréhender spécificités et complémentarités. Il s’agit de travailler avec l’autre (quel qu’il soit et en pleine connaissance de ce qu’il est) pour travailler mieux.

Summary, etc. This article is based on an experiment in the analysis of practices in a group of professionals from five different institutions (Public Health, Justice, Social Affairs, National Education, National and Locala Police). It is the confrontation with those adolescents who are termed difficult, whom they often encounter successively, that brings these professionals together. This article focuses on the representations of the trainees, and in particular the specific contribution of the multi-professional dimension of the group. The variety of professional profiles and diversity of viewpoints produce two types of impacts. The first change manifests itself at the individual level, in the form of a reassertion of his own professional identity and at the same time a recognition of the other practitioner. The second change relates to the development of collective work with, among other things, new awareness of complementarities and a stronger idea of partnership. Working with people from professions other than one’s own encourages distancing as well as a new focus, and makes it possible to perceive specificities and complementarities more clearly. The point is to work with a person different from oneself (whoever he might be, and with full awareness of who he is) so as to work better.
