Summary, etc. | Cet article propose un ensemble de réflexions concernant la possibilité de former à la fonction d’analyste des pratiques professionnelles, en référence au master professionnel de sciences de l’éducation intitulée Formation à l’intervention et à l’analyse des pratiques à l’université Paris-X-Nanterre. L’auteur interroge en particulier l’attention qu’il est nécessaire de porter au cadre groupal pour ce type de dispositif et à la posture du formateur auquel il revient d’assurer l’animation d’un tel groupe. Pour permettre aux professionnels qui le souhaitent de se mettre en état de réflexivité à propos de leurs pratiques en s’impliquant dans cette analyse, elle préconise un travail d’élaboration de leur posture aux formateurs-étudiants accompagnés dans leur cheminement au cours de ce cursus de formation. Elle insiste sur le rôle important des groupes de supervision pour transmettre subjectivement les capacités à soutenir une telle place d’animation. |

Summary, etc. | This article proposes a set of ideas about the possibility of training in the function of analyst of professional practices, with reference to the professional Master’s Degree in the Sciences of Education called Training in action and an analysis of practices at the Parix-X-Nanterre University. The author discusses in particular the attention that must be paid to the group context for this type of approach, and to the posture that the trainer moderating a group of this type should adopt. In order to enable professionals who so desire to put themselves in a position to examine their practices in carrying out this type of analysis, the author recommends to student trainees during their training program that they work out this posture. The author stresses the important role of supervisory groups in subjectively conveying the capacities needed to fill the function of group moderator. |
