Summary, etc. | La formation professionnelle des professeurs se nourrit des connaissances sur les pratiques effectives d’enseignement. Ces connaissances sont d’autant plus nécessaires lorsque les professeurs sont handicapés et notamment non-voyants. Il convient alors d’étudier en quoi et comment s’articulent les activités des professeurs, de leurs assistants et de leurs élèves.Tout professeur non-voyant doit parvenir à coordonner trois exigences : le respect de l’ensemble des droits et devoirs d’un enseignant ordinaire, l’intégrité de son autorité professionnelle et la mesure d’impact des personnes et matériels sur l’apprentissage des élèves. Ces exigences sont plus difficiles à maintenir dans le cas des professeurs non-voyants. C’est dans des tentatives de coordination que nous pouvons comprendre les pratiques des professeurs que nous avons observés ou formés ainsi que les aménagements de leur poste de travail. |
