Cet article montre comment des enseignants qui se sentent à un moment donné impuissants dans la gestion de leur classe, peuvent être en mesure de retrouver des points d’ancrage pédagogiques et ainsi envisager des projets pour l’élève perturbateur en question, le groupe classe et l’école. Nous décrivons les processus qui sont à l’origine de ce changement d’état et qui prennent forme dans des actions de formation continue. Le résultat majeur de cette action de formation peut alors être qualifié de modélisation de la situation professionnelle. |

Summary, etc. | The disruptive children question teachers about their practices going so far as to make then guilty. This article shows how teachers, who at a certain point feel powerless in the management of their form, can be in a position to find again educational rooting points and thus to envisage projects for the disruptive pupil in question, the form and the school. We describe the processes which are at the origin of this change of situation and which take shape in actions of continuing education. The major result of this action of education can be certified in that case as the establishment of a model of the professional situation. |
