| Summary, etc. | La loi du 11 février 2005 impose justement le placement de la personne en situation de handicap dans l’ensemble des dispositifs nationaux de prise en charge, auxquels tout citoyen est en droit de prétendre. De la crèche à l’université, en ce qui concerne le parcours « scolaire », mais aussi de la formation professionnelle à l’emploi en entreprise. Favoriser la formation professionnelle dans le cadre de Projet personnalisé de scolarisation à finalité qualifiante, voire diplômante, notamment dans les Instituts médico-professionnels, doit être un engagement sociétal fort. Former de jeunes apprentis en situation de handicap, leur donner accès aux savoir-faire et savoir-être d’une profession dans laquelle il puisse s’épanouir et s’inscrire comme citoyens, par l’accession à une certification des compétences générales, spécifiques et techniques. |

| Summary, etc. | The law of February 11, 2005 requires that persons in a situation of disability be placed within the national system of support programs to which every citizen is entitled. This principle is applicable from the day care center to the university with respect to schooling, but it also applies to vocational training for employment in companies. Society must make a strong commitment, in particular in medical-professional institutions, to encourage vocational training in the framework of personalized educational plans aiming at qualification, or even a diploma. Young people in a situation of disability must be trained and given access to know-how and mentality of a profession in which he can fulfill himself and act as a citizen through accession to a certification of general, specific, or technical skills. |
