| Summary, etc. | La douleur chronique à l’adolescence empêche de se mouvoir librement, réduit les capacités exploratoires tout comme elle fige, sur le plan intrapsychique, le processus de séparation et d’individuation. L’adolescent s’accroche à cette douleur jusqu’à se fondre avec : elle devient garante de son identité, elle le définit. Le travail thérapeutique consiste à diminuer la douleur tout en protégeant les assises narcissiques, pour éviter l’effondrement identitaire. Le psychomotricien, en favorisant la reconnexion de l’adolescent à ses ressentis corporels, permet dans le même temps l’émergence d’affects. La voie vers un travail psychothérapeutique est ouverte. Ainsi, la complémentarité des pratiques, psychique et corporelle, favoriserait chez ces patients la diminution de la douleur, l’amélioration des capacités d’intériorisation et relancerait alors le processus adolescent jusque-là immobilisé. |

| Summary, etc. | Chronic pain in teenage years prevents from moving freely, reduces exploratory capacities, just as it freezes, intrapsychically, the process of separation and individuation. The adolescent clings to this pain until she or he merges with it: it becomes the guarantee of her or his identity, it defines her or him. The therapeutic work consists in reducing the pain while protecting the narcissistic foundations, to avoid the collapse of identity. The psychomotor therapist, by promoting the reconnection of the adolescent to his bodily feelings, allows at the same time the appearance of affects. The path to psychotherapeutic work is open. Thus, the complementarity of practices, psychic and bodily, would encourage in these patients the reduction of pain, improving abilities to internalize and revive the adolescent process so far immobilized. |
