| Summary, etc. | Dans nos lieux de soins, nous rencontrons de plus en plus fréquemment des femmes enceintes, des mères et bébés, des familles issues de parcours migratoires chaotiques, confrontés à une situation d’extrême précarité et souvent d’errance. L’avenir est peu lisible du fait de leur situation administrative « sans tire de séjour », qui les laisse dans « un hors champ » social. On peut parler de nouvelles figures de la migration marquées par des ruptures violentes à l’origine des départs mais aussi par des violences sur les routes de l’exil. Cette clinique à haut potentiel traumatique rencontre aussi la brutalité du non accueil des politiques migratoires actuelles : violences cumulatives. Nous pouvons légitimement questionner les effets sur la vie psychique de ces situations, en particulier à ce moment de passage de la maternité et de la construction des premiers liens avec le bébé ; mise à l’épreuve aussi des professionnels qui auront à inventer des dispositifs d’accueil et de soins à la hauteur des enjeux et revoir les paradigmes habituels de travail avec les migrants - sans omettre de questionner leurs représentations prises dans la subjectivité d’une époque qui rabat le migrant du côté de l’intrus, de l’indésirable. L’accueil inconditionnel dans nos Institutions du service public pourrait alors permettre une première inscription et réaffiliation à la communauté humaine. |

| Summary, etc. | In our care facilities, we increasingly meet pregnant women, mothers and babies, families from chaotic migratory routes, confronted with a situation of extreme precariousness and often wandering. The future is not very clear because of their administrative situation without a residence permit", which leaves them in a social out of scope". We can speak of new migration figures marked by violent ruptures at the origin of departures but also by violence on the roads of exile. This clinic with a high traumatic potential also faces the brutality of the non-reception of current migration policies: cumulative violence. We can legitimately question the effects on psychological life of these situations, especially at this time of the passage of motherhood and the construction of the first links with the baby; we can also test professionals who will have to invent reception and care systems that are equal to the challenges and review the usual work paradigms with migrants - without forgetting to question their representations taken from the subjectivity of a time that brings the migrant back to the side of the intruder, the unwanted. The unconditional welcome in our Public Service Institutions could then allow a first registration and reaffiliation to the human community. |
