Summary, etc. | Cet article relate une expérience d’interventions en analyse des pratiques dans une institution médico-sociale accueillant des enfants et des adolescents autistes. Le contexte de réorganisation institutionnelle de cet établissement exacerbe les angoisses archaïques vécues transférentiellement par les salariés. Le travail en analyse des pratiques, sous la forme d’une rencontre presque anthropologique, permet de restaurer chez les équipes une suffisante groupalité contenante et identifiante. Cela rend possible l’élaboration du transfert archaïque et ouvre au récit de l’histoire de l’institution et de ses traumatismes. |

Summary, etc. | This paper describes a clinical experience of teamwork analysis groups in a therapeutic and educational institutions for autistic children and adolescents. The institutional context, confronted with a restructuration, increase archaic anxieties experienced through transference by the professionals. The work of analysis professional practices, in an anthropological conception of encounter, allows restoring a good enough cohesion of the teamwork, with countenance and identifying qualities. This allows the elaboration of archaic transference and the access of the narration of the institution’s history and its traumas. |
