Après un détour par la sociologie, l’approche psychanalytique de l’adolescence va nous permettre d’éclairer toute l’ambivalence de ces conduites, à distance des représentations sociales centrées sur le danger et la souffrance. Dès lors, l’abord du plaisir va apparaître comme primordial dans la psychothérapie des adolescents avec des conduites addictives. |
