Summary, etc. | La mission récente de professeurs-ressources pour les élèves handicapés dans le second degré, mise en place du fait de l’augmentation du nombre d’élèves handicapés au lycée et au collège, a subi une évolution liée à l’existence du 2CA-SH. Ces professeurs exercent des missions de formation auprès de leurs collègues, à partir de l’expertise qu’ils ont de leur discipline et du handicap pour lequel ils ont été formés, alors qu’ils continuent à enseigner dans des établissements secondaires. Très engagés dans l’inclusion, ils cherchent à enrichir leurs compétences par la formation et les échanges avec des professionnels variés. Il serait souhaitable de connaître le nombre de professeurs exerçant cette mission au niveau national et leurs modalités de travail en partenariat pour qu’un réseau puisse se mettre en place. |

Summary, etc. | The recent mission of resource teachers for handicapped pupils’ schooling in secondary schools is linked to the increasing number of handicapped pupils included at a secondary level. That mission changed since the creation of a new special certification for secondary teachers, the 2CA-SH. These teachers are part time in charge of training their peers, from the double expertise they have of their teaching subjects and of the type of handicap they have been trained about, whereas they still teach in high schools for the rest of the time. Strongly committed for inclusion, they aim to enrich their competences by training and networking with various professionals. It would be appropriate to know how many teachers have that kind of position at a national level and how they work and network, so that a real partnership between them could take place. |
