Summary, etc. Au regard des mutations culturelles et des interrogations politiques concernant la fonction des maîtres E, cette recherche, entreprise à partir d’un état des lieux et de l’analyse d’une série d’entretiens, propose des repères clinico-praxéologiques afin de construire une co-intervention adaptée aux difficultés de l’élève et aux résistances d’une culture professionnelle où l’enseignant œuvre seul et porte fermée dans sa classe.

Summary, etc. In view of various cultural mutations and political questions related to the function of “maîtres E”, this research, conducted on the basis of a report on the present situation and the analysis of a series of interviews, proposes clinical-praxeological reference points in order to construct co-working methods adapted to the difficulties of the pupil and the resistances of a professional culture in which the teacher works alone in his classroom behind closed doors.
