Summary, etc. | Ce témoignage présente les axes de pilotage d’une politique éducative menée par l’IEN-ASH chargée du volet Adaptation dans l’académie de Rouen dans le cadre des Enseignements généraux professionnels adaptés. Comment permettre à des élèves d’Egpa d’acquérir un maximum de compétences et connaissances du socle commun en mettant en œuvre des actions permettant une prise en charge individualisée, un enseignement adapté et une personnalisation du parcours de scolarisation ? Comment éviter les sorties sans qualification en engageant une réflexion concernant l’accès à une formation professionnelle ? Certains dispositifs spécifiques réglementaires ou d’initiative locale tels que les Projets d’aménagements de la scolarité secondaire, les mises en réseau des ateliers professionnels, les formations professionnelles qualifiantes et des protocoles d’évaluations sont ici exposés et analysés comme un système d’outils cohérent et opérationnel pouvant répondre à ces questions. |

Summary, etc. | This contribution presents the education policy led by the IEN-ASH (Education officer in charge of the education and inclusion of students with special needs) in the Académie of Rouen (local education office) within the Individualized General and Vocational Education programme. How to enable students taking part in this programme to gain skills and a set of basic knowledge by giving them access to a personalised education programme? How to avoid that students leave school without qualifications by improving access to vocational education? Some specific governmental or local programmes such as the secondary school inclusion project, training workshops’ pooling, qualifying courses or local assessment processes are studied and presented as a consistent set of tools helping to address those questions/issues. |
