| Summary, etc. | La violence à l’école n’est pas un phénomène nouveau. Elle a toujours existé, elle n’était pas le propre d’une classe sociale, elle n’était pas la conséquence d’un climat politique. Elle est et elle sera toujours là. Il convient aujourd’hui de prendre en compte le caractère spécifique de son impact sur l’enseignant victime, pour y apporter des réponses juridiques et institutionnelles pertinentes,différentes des propositions hyperboliques du type « tolérance zéro », sans arrogance et avec réalisme. |
