Summary, etc. Cet article, faisant suite à celui publié dans le numéro?52 de La nouvelle revue de l’adaptation et de la scolarisation, présente les résultats d’une recherche relative à l’organisation et au financement des établissements, sections, services et dispositifs permettant de prendre en compte les besoins éducatifs particuliers des jeunes en France, en lien avec la mission d’expertise qu’assure l’INS HEA auprès de the European Agency for Devlopment in Special Needs Education, dans une visée de comparaison à l’échelon européen. Les cadres légaux et réglementaires du secteur médico-éducatif, du secteur sanitaire, de la protection sociale et de la protection judiciaire de la jeunesse sont résumés ; une synthèse actualisée des données relatives au financement des actions au bénéfice des élèves à besoins éducatifs particuliers est ensuite proposée. La centration est faite sur les coûts associés à la prise en compte des élèves en situation de handicap dans le système scolaire, et sur les coûts induits par les établissements et services médico-éducatifs.

Summary, etc. This article is a follow-up to the one published in number 52 of the La nouvelle revue de l’adaptation et de la scolarisation. It presents the results of a study of the organization and funding of institutions, sections, services and systems aimed at meeting special education needs of young persons in France, in cooperation with the expert mission carried out by INS HEA for the European Agency for Development in Special Needs Education. The purpose of the study is to make comparisons at between the different situations in Europe. The legal and regulatory framework of the medical-educational sector, health sector as well as the social and legal protection of youth sectors are summarized. An updated summary of data on the funding of initiatives for pupils with special educational needs is then provided. Focus is on the costs arising from services for pupils in a situation of disability in the school system, and costs of medical-educational institutions and services.
