Summary, etc. Dans la mesure où le terme de psychopédagogie est moins en vogue de nos jours qu’à d’autres époques, son examen est plus aisé pour interroger les relations qu’il implique entre psychologie et pédagogie – en particulier lorsque par psychologie l’on entend la psychanalyse dans sa diversité. Sans méconnaître le parti que peuvent tirer les pédagogies des théories du fonctionnement et du développement psychiques élaborées par la psychanalyse ainsi que de ses méthodes d’interprétation, il faut bien admettre qu’elles inclinent à placer les pédagogues dans une position de dépendance peu propice à des coopérations dans le cadre d’un travail interdisciplinaire. En reconnaissant la spécificité de la pédagogie comme praxis, l’article se propose d’examiner quelques conditions pour des rapports entre elles renouvelés, moins asymétriques.

Summary, etc. The term psychopedagogy has now become less fashionable, so it is easier to examine it in order to study the relations that it implies between psychology and pedagogy – in particular when by “psychology” we mean psychoanalysis in all its variety. Without denying the usefulness for pedagogy of the theories of psychic functioning and development elaborated by psychoanalysis as well as its methods of interpretation, we must admit that these theories tend to place pedagogues in a position of dependence. This position of dependence is unfavorable to cooperation in the framework of interdisciplinary projects. Recognizing the specificity of pedagogy as praxis, the article proposes to examine some conditions for renewed and less asymmetrical relations between the two fields.
