Summary, etc. | L’objectif de cet article est de comprendre dans quelle mesure la rencontre des enseignants et des professionnels du travail social favorise la prise en compte et le traitement de la diversité des publics. Cet article revient sur des exemples de collaborations entre enseignants et travailleurs qui constituent autant d’occasions d’interroger la diversité dans les pratiques professionnelles. Puis, l’article propose de mieux saisir les enjeux et les effets de cette collaboration pour la prise en compte de la diversité des publics, en présentant l’intérêt d’un outil commun de travail : les techniques éducatives. La construction d’une pratique professionnelle commune à partir d’outils transversaux va contribuer à la construction de l’identité socio-éducative des deux corps professionnels. Enfin, l’article est conclu par des perspectives de recherches sur la diversité des publics dans le cadre d’une mutualisation des pratiques professionnelles des enseignants et des travailleurs sociaux. |

Summary, etc. | The aim of this paper is to understand how the meeting of teachers and social work professionals promotes the inclusion and treatment of the diversity of audiences. This article discusses examples of collaborations between teachers and workers who provide opportunities to examine diversity in professional practice. Then this article proposes a better understanding of the issues and effects of this collaboration to take into account the diversity of audiences, with the interest of a common tool of work: educational techniques. The construction of a common professional practice from transverse tools will contribute to building the socio-educational identity of both professions. Finally, section is concluded by prospects of research on diversity of audiences as part of the mutualization of professional practices between teachers and social workers. |
