Summary, etc. L’éducation inclusive est présentée comme une nouvelle injonction normative en éducation. Or les modalités de mise en œuvre d’un tel projet sont très peu connues. Le but de cet article est de repérer des expériences concrètes d’éducation inclusive en analysant des fonctionnements d’écoles situées au Canada, en Angleterre, en France et en Italie. Les points saillants de l’analyse transversale suggèrent de considérer, lorsque l’on traite d’éducation inclusive, la représentation des élèves qui en découle, le discours au sujet des droits de la personne et de l’enfant, le changement dans la forme scolaire ou le régime pédagogique, le sens critique que génèrent les cultures de l’inclusion ou les projets inclusifs ainsi que les rôles des enseignants et de la direction d’école dans de tels projets.

Summary, etc. Inclusive education is presented as a new normative order in education. Or how to implement such a project are largely unknown. The aim of this paper is to document practical experiences of inclusive education by cross-sectional analyzing the profiles of schools located in Canada, England, France and Italy. Regarding inclusive education, the main recommendations made are to take into consideration the students’ representation engendered, the prevailing views about human rights and the rights of the child, the changes to be made to the educational regime or the program organization, the critical points of views generated by ‘inclusive cultures’ or projects, as well as the teachers’ and principal’s roles in these initiatives.
