Summary, etc. En France, peu de travaux se sont intéressés à la co-intervention d’enseignants ordinaires en contexte ordinaire. Cet article vise à documenter et mieux comprendre le positionnement de co-enseignants dans la mise en œuvre du dispositif Plus de maîtres que de classes. Cet article reprend des éléments issus de l’analyse par théorisation ancrée (Paillé, 1994) des discours que tiennent treize professeurs des écoles co-intervenants sur un dispositif Plus de maîtres que de classes et sur leur co-intervention, verbatim recueillis dans le cadre d’un master de sciences de l’éducation. Les entretiens semi-directifs (Blanchet et Gotman, 1992) se sont déroulés entre novembre 2014 et avril 2015. Les résultats soulignent en quoi la mise en place de co-intervention questionne la reconstruction de normes professionnelles et la réticence des enseignants à co-enseigner.

Summary, etc. In France, few research works have studied the subject of co-intervention (joint teaching, co-teaching) by general primary-school teachers in ordinary context. This article aims at documenting and better understanding the co-teachers’ positioning in the implementation of the Plus de maitres que de classes ( More teachers than classes) plan. This study analyzes the speeches of thirteen primary-school co-teachers, working in the same More teachers than classes plan. The methodology is based on semi-directive interviews (Blanchet & Gotman, 1992) and a grounded theory analysis (Paillé, 1994). These interviews took place between November 2014 and April 2015. The results underline in what the implementation of co-intervention questions the reconstruction of professional standards and the reluctance of teachers to co-teach.
