Summary, etc. | Le projet Transfert est né d’une volonté d’améliorer, en Belgique francophone, le travail réalisé au sein des classes adaptées aux besoins des élèves présentant de l’autisme. Pour rencontrer cet objectif, l’option privilégiée a été d’identifier des classes ressources où les intervenants découvrant l’approche Teacch pourraient venir se former et grâce auxquelles les plus expérimentés pourraient maintenir des interventions éducatives de qualité. Ainsi est née l’idée des classes d’application. Cet article, après avoir défini le concept de transfert des apprentissages, décrit la méthodologie utilisée dans le cadre de la recherche-action qui accompagne ce projet et examine les premiers résultats. |

Summary, etc. | The Transfert project emerged from the desire to improve the work done in classrooms adapted to the needs of pupils with autism in the French-speaking part of Belgium. In order to achieve this objective the privileged option was to identify resource classes to which persons discovering the Teacch approach could come for training. Through the resource classes the most experienced persons could maintain educational initiatives of good quality. This is how the idea of application classes was born. After defining the concept of “transfer of learning“, the article describes the methodology used in the framework of research initiatives related to this project and examines the initial results. |
