Summary, etc. | Cet article est le produit d’une recherche exploratoire qui vise à interroger les conditions de réalisation de l’inclusion scolaire des élèves handicapés au collège. La recherche prend appui sur l’analyse d’entretiens cliniques auprès d’une enseignante spécialisée coordonnant l’Unité localisée pour l’inclusion scolaire de son collège d’exercice et de deux de ses collègues (non spécialisées) exerçant essentiellement en milieu ordinaire. L’analyse veut ouvrir quelques pistes d’intelligibilité des conditions dans lesquelles se crée, ou non, une culture partagée autour de l’enjeu de l’inclusion réelle d’élèves en situation de handicap cognitif dans les classes ordinaires.Ce travail s’inscrit dans une démarche clinique d’orientation psychanalytique. À ce titre, il interroge les dimensions manifeste et latente du discours des enseignants, en questionnant la manière dont s’élabore psychiquement et se conduit l’inclusion de ces élèves. L’étude vise également à interroger comment les enseignants, selon la place institutionnelle qu’ils occupent et leur histoire singulière, conçoivent les besoins d’apprentissage des élèves en situation de handicap. |

Summary, etc. | This article is the result of an exploratory research that aims to examine the conditions of realization in college of inclusive education of pupils with disabilities. The research builds on the analysis of clinical interviews with a specialised teacher coordinating the “ULIS” (localized unit for school inclusion) device of his college and two of his (non-specialised) colleagues working mainly in mainstream teaching. The analysis will open a few tracks of intelligibility about the conditions under which a shared culture is created, or not, around the issue of the actual inclusion of students with cognitive disabilities in regular classrooms. This work is part of a psychoanalytically oriented clinical approach. As such, it queries the manifest and latent dimensions of teachers’ speech, questioning the way they mentally prepare and lead the inclusion of these pupils. The study also aims to examine how teachers, according to the institutional position they occupy and their singular history, design the learning needs of children with disabilities. |
