Summary, etc. | Cet article est issu d’une recherche réalisée, au cours et à l’issue de leur formation, auprès d’un groupe de professeurs des écoles stagiaires ayant à mi-temps la responsabilité d’une classe d’école primaire. L’étude s’appuie à la fois sur des questionnaires écrits et sur la retranscription d’entretiens individuels portant sur la relation de ces jeunes enseignants avec les parents d’élèves. Il ressort de l’analyse du matériau de recherche que le ressenti d’une relation constructive évolue favorablement au cours de la formation en même temps que le sentiment de compétence professionnelle, mais que certains obstacles résistent à cette construction et génèrent une incertitude posturale chez des professionnels de l’éducation débutants, ces obstacles étant notamment en lien avec l’existence de divergences interculturelles et éducatives entre l’école et les familles. |

Summary, etc. | This article is the result of a research carried out, during and at the end of their training, with a group of trainee teachers who are part-time responsible for a class in a primary school. The study is based on both written questionnaires and the transcription of individual interviews on the relationship of these young teachers with the parents of students. The analysis of the research material shows that the feeling of a constructive relationship evolves favorably during training at the same time as the feeling of professional competence, but that certain obstacles resist to this construction and generate postural uncertainty among beginning education professionals, these obstacles being in particular related to the existence of intercultural and educational divergences between school and families. |
