| Summary, etc. | La pratique du sport partagé se situe dans une réflexion autour de la lutte contre les discriminations en milieu scolaire vis-à-vis des élèves en situation de handicap. Son objectif est à la fois de proposer un environnement propice à l’exercice des pleins potentiels de chaque élève tout en offrant les conditions de la réalisation d’un projet collectif. À travers les témoignages de chefs d’établissements et d’enseignants, l’article vise à mettre en lumière les enjeux de cette pratique sportive à l’école. Ils s’inscrivent dans une perspective de mobilité institutionnelle par une recherche constante de personnalisation des apprentissages, de progrès réalisés grâce à une adaptation aux capacités et aux compétences individuelles. Le sport partagé parait transformer profondément l’approche traditionnelle de l’enseignement. Il se conçoit dans un paradigme d’ouverture de l’école à son écosystème autant territorial que partenarial, avec l’ambition que cette pratique sportive irrigue l’ensemble des temps scolaires et périscolaires. |

| Summary, etc. | The practice of shared sport is part of a reflection about the fight against discrimination in schools against students with disabilities. Its objective is both to provide an environment conducive to the exercise of the full potential of each student while providing the conditions for the realization of a collective project. Through the testimonies of school heads and teachers, the article aims to highlight the challenges of this sport in school. They are part of a perspective of institutional mobility through a constant search for personalization of learning, progress achieved through adaptation to individual capacities and skills. Shared sport appears to profoundly transform the traditional approach to teaching. It is conceived in a paradigm of opening up the school to its ecosystem as much territorial as partnership, with the ambition that this sporting practice irrigates all school and extracurricular time. |
