Summary, etc. Cet article rend compte d’une recherche menée en collaboration avec l’association Trisomie 21 Alpes-Maritimes. L’étude qualitative menée auprès de deux organismes de formation nous a permis de confronter les formateurs à la vidéo de leurs séances, d’organiser des débats de métiers autour des points saillants extraits de cette première phase puis de cartographier l’écosystème dans lequel les deux formations prennent place. Ainsi, nous avons pu identifier la manière dont les formateurs rendent leurs enseignements inclusifs, facilitent l’accès aux noyaux de compétences visés par l’agencement des enseignements et l’interactivité dans lesquels prennent place les formations. Au-delà, nous avons pu cerner en quoi les normes de l’écosystème  ordinaire peuvent constituer des freins à la promotion à l’autodétermination des stagiaires dans leur parcours formatif.

Summary, etc. This article reports research carried out in collaboration with the association  Trisomie 21 Alpes-Maritimes. The qualitative study conducted with two training organizations allowed us to confront the trainers with the video of their sessions, to organize professional debates around the salient points extracted from this first phase and then to map the ecosystem in which the two formations take place. Thus, we were able to identify the way in which trainers make their teaching inclusive, facilitate access to the core competencies targeted by the layout of the lessons and the interactivity in which the training takes place. Beyond that, we were able to identify how the standards of the regular ecosystem can act as a brake on the promotion of self-determination of trainees in their training course.
