| Summary, etc. | Based on a psychoanalytically oriented clinical approach in training and educational sciences, I set out to understand how coordinators of middle schools Ulis (localized unit for school inclusion) experience the support of their pupils in what might be called the accessibilisation of the educational environment. In a series of non-directive interviews, I met several coordinators, inviting them to recount their day-to-day professional experiences. Grounded in such an encounter, I’d like to show how a coordinator’s free association can bring to light a sentiment of shame. Putting into words what it’s like to live this profession allows us to understand the fact that working in an inclusive perspective elicits unconscious resonances that participate in the way each person “inhabits” (Cifali, 2018) their commitment to the profession. |

| Summary, etc. | Dans une approche clinique d’orientation psychanalytique en sciences de l’éducation et de la formation, j’ai souhaité comprendre comment les coordonnateurs d’Ulis (Unité localisée pour l’inclusion scolaire) collège vivaient l’accompagnement de leurs élèves dans ce qu’on peut appeler l’accessibilisation de l’environnement éducatif. Dans le cadre d’entretiens non-directifs, j’ai rencontré plusieurs coordonnateurs, en les invitant à mettre en récit leur quotidien professionnel. À partir d’une telle rencontre, je souhaite montrer le cheminement de la pensée d’une coordonnatrice, en mettant la focale sur l’évocation du sentiment de la honte. Mettre en mot ce qu’il en est de vivre ce métier nous permet de comprendre le fait que travailler dans une perspective inclusive suscite des résonances inconscientes qui participe à la manière dont chacun « habite » (Cifali, 2018) son engagement dans ce métier. |
