| Summary, etc. | This exploratory study questions the practice of primary school teachers, when including pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), accompanied by school inclusion systems in terms of motivation for teamwork and ethical dilemmas. A pre-questionnaire was developed and distributed online and in paper version to teachers in three primary schools with different inclusive devices. The collected data make it possible to identify the degree of motivation and the most motivating themes for teachers regarding teamwork when including SEN pupils. The data from the questionnaires also make it possible to identify teachers’ viewpoints on the impact of the inclusion of SEN pupils supported by inclusive schooling arrangements in so-called ordinary classes in terms of ethical dilemmas. |

| Summary, etc. | Cette étude exploratoire interroge la pratique des enseignants du premier degré, lors de l’inclusion des élèves à Besoins éducatifs particuliers (BEP), accompagnés par des dispositifs inclusifs en termes de motivation pour le travail en équipe et de dilemmes éthiques. Un pré-questionnaire a été élaboré et diffusé en ligne et en version papier auprès des enseignants de trois écoles primaires ayant des dispositifs inclusifs différents. Les données recueillies permettent d’identifier le degré de motivation et les thèmes les plus motivants pour les enseignants concernant le travail en équipe lors de l’inclusion des élèves à BEP. Les données issues des questionnaires permettent également d’identifier le point de vue des enseignants concernant l’impact de l’inclusion des élèves à BEP accompagnés par des dispositifs inclusifs de scolarisation dans les classes dites ordinaires en termes de dilemmes éthiques. |
