Summary, etc. | Faced with the injunctions of inclusive education, the teacher is caught in a lifelong training process. This new challenge leads to question and develop professional postures. We questioned the development of new forms of professionalism of the specialized teacher from a hypothetical practitioner/researcher posture. Based on a conception of reflexivity carried out on a daily basis, we have chosen the different tools in order to allow the explanation on the one hand orally (interview) and on the other hand in writing (questionnaire) of the professional practice. The chosen protocol is structured in three stages in the comprehensive research model. The results show that the specialized teacher develops a dynamic professionalism in new situations allowing us to glimpse the inseparable nature between research/training and inclusive processes. |

Summary, etc. | Face aux injonctions de l’éducation inclusive, l’enseignant est pris dans un processus de formation tout au long de la vie. Ce nouvel enjeu conduit au questionnement et au développement de postures professionnelles. Nous avons interrogé le développement de nouvelles formes de professionnalités de l’enseignant spécialisé en partant de l’hypothèse d’une posture de praticien/ chercheur. En nous appuyant sur une conception de la réflexivité menée au quotidien, nous avons choisi les différents outils afin de permettre l’explicitation, d’une part à l’oral (entretien) et d’autre part à l’écrit (questionnaire) de la pratique professionnelle. Le protocole retenu est structuré en trois étapes dans le modèle des recherches compréhensives. Les résultats montrent que l’enseignant spécialisé développe une professionnalité dynamique dans des situations inédites permettant d’entrevoir le caractère indissociable entre recherche/formation et processus inclusifs. |
