Summary, etc. | Cet article se situe dans le cadre de la psychologie ergonomique et s’appuie sur l’étude de deux entretiens maître E-parents et de leur traduction concernant les liens mis en place. Nous observons des gestes professionnels récurrents mais aussi divergents. Un parallèle entre « l’activité réelle » et le « réel de l’activité » (Rogalski, 2003), effectué à partir des recueils d’activités d’une maîtresse E, permet de saisir la part importante de l’implicite au cours de ces rencontres qui va de pair avec une professionnalité peinant à se dégager de représentations personnelles envahissantes. |

Summary, etc. | This article is situated within the framework of the ergonomic psychology and leans on the study of two conversations teacher E-parents and of their translation concerning the set up links. We observe recurring but also divergent professional gestures. A parallel enters “ the real activity” and the “ reality of the activity” (Rogalski, on 2003), made from the collections of activities of a teacher E, allows to seize the important part of the implicit during these meetings which goes hand in hand with a professionalism having difficulty in getting free of intrusive personal representations. |
