Summary, etc. | Cet article se donne pour objet de montrer comment un dispositif de scolarisation pour jeunes adolescents déscolarisés ou en cours de rupture scolaire, présentant des troubles du comportement et/ou des troubles psychiques, peut favoriser le maintien au collège de ces élèves en repensant l’accompagnement dans une articulation des Itep (Instituts thérapeutiques, éducatifs et pédagogiques) avec l’Éducation nationale et la pédopsychiatrie et en initiant une complémentarité entre la scolarisation en milieu ordinaire et la prise en charge plus globale que permettent les secteurs sanitaire et médico-social. Il décrit le partenariat construit entre l’Éducation nationale, l’association gestionnaire d’établissements médico-sociaux « Jeunesse et Avenir » et les services du secteur de la pédopsychiatrie du bassin Nazairien. |

Summary, etc. | The purpose of this article is to show how an educational system for young school dropouts or pupils about to drop out with behavioral and/or psychic disorders can help keep these pupils in school. One solution is to revise support for these pupils and base it on coordination between the Iteps (Therapeutic, Educational and Pedagogical Institutes), the National Education system, and the pedopsychiatric sector, and by creating a complementarity between mainstream schooling and a more global education through the health care and medical-social sectors. The article describes the partnership that has been built between the National Education system, the association managing the “Jeunesse et Avenir“ medical-social institutions, and the pedopsychiatric sector of the Saint Nazaire region. |
