| Summary, etc. | RésuméCe texte est une réflexion sur une expérience menée sur des groupes dans le cadre de l’enseignement de la gestion d’entreprises. La base empirique du texte a été l’observation du vécu des élèves d’une institution d’enseignement supérieur dans le domaine de la gestion. Le but des auteurs était de permettre aux élèves de constituer un groupe, d’améliorer la connaissance de soi en situation de groupe, mais aussi d’aborder la connaissance des difficultés et anxiétés qui peuvent survenir lorsque l’on construit un groupe de travail. Le référentiel théorique qui a orienté l’analyse de l’expérience a été principalement la théorie des groupes (Bion, 1972) et la proposition de « l’espace de parole » (Dejours, 1999), pour que les élèves et les coordinateurs partagent les tensions et les insights dans la construction conjointe de la connaissance, avec un regard critique et en cherchant à dépasser un savoir purement instrumental. |

| Summary, etc. | This text is a report and a reflection about an experience led on groups in frame of management education. The empirical base of the text has been the observation of student’s groups experiences in a Brazilian management school. The main goal of authors was to allow students the constitution of a team, reaching the improvement of knowledge of the self into a group situation, but also touching the knowledge of their difficulties and anxieties which might arise when building a workgroup. The referential theory which directed the analysis of the experience was mainly the theory of groups (Bion, 1972) and the proposition of an open chat-forum « l’espace de parole » (Dejours, 1999), once students and coaches share the stress situation and the insights in the joint construction of the knowledge, with a critical glance while seeking to exceed a purely instrumental knowledge. |
