| Summary, etc. | RésuméLes nouvelles lois organisant les ressources de la psychiatrie changent les règles du jeu de celle-ci, et donnent au clinicien de nouvelles contraintes, qui transforment les possibilités d’accueil du sujet en souffrance et imposent de nouveaux jeux psychosociaux. Le modèle managérial renforce dans l’hôpital psychiatrique, et notamment dans le secteur, outil et structure du soin psychique, le glissement d’une position subversive à une orientation morale des prises en charge des usagers. On fera l’hypothèse que cette nouvelle orientation vise à organiser et circonscrire une précarité sociale qui tout à la fois dérange et sert ce système. Analysant par des exemples les méthodes et finalités de ce processus, et revenant sur le souci d’abord éthique qui fonde la clinique comme lieu d’un échange intersubjectif, on repèrera comment les acteurs actuels de la psychiatrie publique peuvent, dans ce contexte, continuer à être porte-parole du lien fondamental entre folie intime et folie sociale. |

| Summary, etc. | The new laws organizing the psychiatry’s resources are changing the rules and are giving the Clinician new constraints that transform the suffering subjects welcome opportunities and require new psychosocial games. In the psychiatric hospital, and in particular the Sector (as both structure and tools of the psychic treatment), the managerial pattern strengthens the shift from a subversive position to a moral direction of the users care. This new direction is meant to organize and define a social precariousness that all in the same trouble and serve this system. Analyzing with examples this process’ methods and purposes, and coming back on the first of all ethical concern that founds the Clinic as a place of an inter-subjective exchange, we’ll try to find how the present public psychiatric actors can, in that situation, continue to be the spokesmen of the fundamental link between private madness and social madness. |
