| Summary, etc. | RésuméMax Pagès évoque le rôle précurseur de Guy Palmade dans la fondation de la psychosociologie française. Il décrit les circonstances de leur rencontre, la naissance de leur amitié, comment il prit la succession de Palmade et de Dubost au bureau de psychologie industrielle de la Cégos. En 1958, ce fut la fondation de l’ arip, reposant sur une alliance entre Palmade et lui. Pagès décrit son éviction de l’ arip à la suite d’une expérience considérée par la majorité des membres comme déviant de leurs règles. Il vécut douloureusement les conditions de ce départ, qui entraîna sa rupture avec Palmade et l’ arip. Longtemps après, un travail réparateur s’effectua sur l’histoire de l’ arip. Il rétablit ses relations avec Palmade, dont il n’a jamais cessé de reconnaître le rôle essentiel. |

He describes the circumstances of their encounter, how their friendship was born, how he succeeded Palmade and Dubost in the Bureau of Industrial Psychology of Cegos. In 1958, arip was founded, basically on the alliance between Palmade and himself. Pagès then describes his eviction from arip in 1968, following an experience considered as deviant by the majority of members. He experienced this event painfully, which led to a rupture with Palmade and arip. A long time after, a restoring work was undertaken about the history of arip. It re-established his relationship with Palmade, whose essential role he never ceased to recognize. |
