| Summary, etc. | Il s’agit, dans cette contribution, de situer ce qu’il en est des normes à propos du rapport de l’école et du handicap, de nous interroger sur la pertinence du registre des textes de type fonctionnel, pour aborder les questions liées à l’ inclusion en éducation, tout en posant le problème de la construction des catégories comme une condition nécessaire pour penser la question de l’hétérogénéité en contexte scolaire. En effet, si le corpus de textes fonctionnels présenté dans cette analyse est nécessaire et utile pour débattre des normes et témoigner ainsi des choix d’une société sur la visée de son école, il reste, en revanche, implicite sur les processus éducatifs qui sont en jeu. Les conditions d’accessibilité aux savoirs pour tous les élèves peuvent alors se poser comme un problème social, professionnel, tout autant que de recherche. |

| Summary, etc. | What would be an inclusive school? That would be inclusive practices in education? It is in this contribution to locate what it is about standards of school report and disability to wonder about the relevance of the Register of regulatory type of texts, to address issues inclusive education and finally open our research question, asking the question of the construction of categories as a necessary condition for thinking about the issue of heterogeneity in Schools. The text corpus presented in this analysis is however, implied on educational processes that are game as well as the epistemological and philosophical systems that underpin them. The problem of the conditions of didactic accessibility arises. |
