| Summary, etc. | Cette contribution a pour objet d‘expliciter des savoirs d’expérience construits dans une pratique d’enseignant spécialisé exerçant auprès d’élèves présentant des troubles importants des fonctions cognitives. En investissant une approche clinique et systémique de la question des troubles du comportement et au travers d’une étude de cas, Nous proposons une réflexion sur l’innovation au quotidien et sur les médiations pédagogiques et partenariales qu’il identifie comme utiles et/ou essentielles au travail avec des élèves en grande difficulté de relation sociale et d’apprentissage. L’auteur s’intéresse notamment : à la relation qu’il a pu construire avec un élève prénommé Ryan, à la relation mise en place avec son parent, au travail en équipe construit autour de cet élève au sein de l’école, aux médiations opérées en classe et aux interactions suscitées entre Ryan et les autres élèves de sa classe. |

| Summary, etc. | This article is based on the description of an experiential knowledge built in a practice of a specialized teacher responsible for a group of pupils with important cognitive disorders. Thomas Kohler invests a clinical and systemic approach of the issue of behavior disorders. Through a case study, he proposes a reflection on daily innovations, pedagogical mediations and internal/ external partnerships that he identifies as useful for working with children with special needs. The author is in particular interested in the relationship built with a pupil named Ryan, the relationship established with Ryan’s parent, the teamwork realized around this student within the school, the mediations made in class and the interactions aroused between Ryan and the other members of his class. |
